About me

I am a UX designer based in Stockholm, Sweden with the experience in delivering end-to-end UX designs, leading design projects, developing and deploying UX strategies.

I'm passionate about touching people’s lives positively by creating pleasant enjoyable experience for them through design and am constantly looking to learn new things everyday. I am an empathic person with good communication skills and my strongest skill is to understand and structure complex processes with the holistic oversight of the user experience.

Currently, I am the lead UX designer of E-commerce Payment Experience area with the responsibility of developing and driving the end-to-end customer journeys and design strategy for Consumer products across the Swedbank Pay organisation.

In a day at work, I am researching on user behaviors, identifying personas, creating the journeys, designing the workshops with relevant teams and designing to enhance the experience we deliver. From ideation through development, I am conducting low/high fidelity user testing and gathering feedback to iterate our products. My role requires for me to be cross-functional and work with different stakeholders from development to sales.

I started my journey as industrial engineer and I have worked on continuous improvement, process development and project management in the early years of my career. This experience helped me to gain a better business understanding and ability to align user and business needs.
